Alice is awesome!
Alice is a young female terrier-pit bull mix, smallish at about 46 pounds, who was found lost and running around on the streets of Philadelphia. She is at Philadelphia’s Animal Care and Control, at 111 W. Hunting Park Ave. Her tag number is A22220383.
The dog is house trained and enjoys toys.
Adoption hours are weekdays from 1 to 8 p.m. and weekends from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. ••
Nya needs you!
Nya is a sweet Snowshoe/Siamese mix cat who was rescued from outside, with multiple old and new injuries to her right hind leg. She is in foster care via Northeast Animal Rescue.
For her health and comfort, her leg was amputated to give her the best chance at healing and recovery. She is still happy and lovable.
The best home for Nya would be a quiet household, perhaps with another mellow cat.
Nya is 17 months old. She is spayed and current on vaccinations, and has tested negative for the feline immunodeficiency and leukemia viruses.
